Sales Invoicing Co-ordinator/Panastore Assistant


There is an exciting job opportunity in our Manchester Panastore office! We are looking for an organised, dedicated team player to take on the responsibilities of Sales Invoicing Co-ordinator/Panastore Assistant. The successful candidate will be reliable and methodical, able to work with people at all levels, and have computer experience – preferably on Windows operating system. It is a varied role with responsibilities that includes preparing accurate and times sales invoices and assisting in the day-to-day running of the Panastore, along with:

- Once trained, assist with quotes, invoicing, and receiving of goods

- Liaise with Panavision agents to invoice for rentals

- Supply and distribute orders to productions/customers on a timely basis

- Assist HOD with stock level reorders on a regular basis, as well as annual stock-take

- General administrative tasks, such as filing
